Tim Spradlin is a native Ohioan and currently serves as director and EAGALA certified equine specialist for Finally Home Farm, a 501c3 nonprofit charity providing equine therapies to Veterans with emotional wounds, near Xenia. He also serves as the VFW board member for Greene County Veterans Services Commission. He is a life member of Post 2402. He also is a certified community service chaplain, certified peer recovery support specialist and volunteers as the chaplain for Xenia township fire department.

Tim served on active duty and later retired from the US Air Force Reserve where he was in Crash - Fire – Rescue, a Civil Engineer First Sergeant and finally a Security Forces First Sergeant. He also retired from a 35-year civilian career as a firefighter, paramedic, and law enforcement officer.
